Jewel City Development Company has been developing the city of Londonderry, Ireland for over 20 years.
They’re also working on an expansion in the north of the city, which is located just south of the town of Loughgall, Ireland.
The jewel city, a town that is about 80 miles north of Dublin, has developed into one of the most attractive places to live in the county.
The developer plans to develop a major redevelopment of the Londonds main square, as well as a large retail centre, residential area, offices and a hotel.
“The development is going to be absolutely massive, and we’ve got a great vision for it, and the location is perfect,” explained Londons Mayor Martin Daly.
The city has attracted a number of international brands including Levi’s, Calvin Klein, Burberry, Calvin, Gap, Mango, Gap’s, The Daughters, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Versace and more.
The new development is also going to attract tourists, with a plan to add a hotel and nightclub, a shopping centre, offices, and an indoor and outdoor arena.
According to the developer, the hotel and the restaurant will attract about 3,500 guests a day.
