A new generation of developers are building megacity cities on the edge of the Earth.
But with little or no oversight, there are risks of overdevelopment and massive destruction.
The latest megacity city to break through is the Australian city of Melbourne.
The development site is the site of the former Melbourne University, and it is one of a number of new megacities on the horizon.
One of the largest is currently in Melbourne’s west, in a suburb of Adelaide.
There are currently plans to build on a 300-hectare site, and a second is set to be completed in the next few months.
One in four Australians live in a megacity The number of Australians living in a mega-city is on the rise, according to figures released by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS).
The latest data shows that Australia has 1,500 megacenter-scale megacitres (MPCs) built, up from 1,300 in 2012.
The growth in the number of megacenters was mainly driven by urban expansion in the suburbs, where more than 80 per cent of the population live.
This has led to more than 10 million new residents being added to the metropolitan area, according the ABS.
This is largely because the Australian economy has grown faster than the country as a whole, and the Australian population is projected to continue growing, according Toowoomba City Council’s chief executive, Tom Hoggard.
The number one reason for the megacity boom is that many Australian megacents are concentrated in just a few areas.
The most populated area is in Melbourne, with just 1,700 MPCs.
But Melbourne is the city that has seen the biggest rise in population.
It has 1.6 million people, compared to just 3,500 in Melbourne in 2012, and about 40 per cent more people than Sydney.
The next largest city in Australia, Perth, has more than 500,000 people.
The city of Adelaide, on the other hand, has fewer than 100,000, while the rest of the state has fewer that 200,000.
Melbourne has been able to maintain its population because it has built new suburbs that are close to its CBD, as well as in inner suburbs.
These new suburbs were built with the aim of keeping population growth low, and have a high density of residential buildings.
But these developments have also meant that a large number of residents live in some of the most remote parts of the city, and those who do not live close to major transport links.
The megacency boom is happening despite warnings from the Bureau of Meteorology that the rise in urbanisation is creating an environment for major disasters.
The Bureau of Environment and Heritage’s director, John Young, said in a statement: “Urban sprawl is a leading cause of climate change, with increased land use and the spread of dense housing, leading to increased emissions of CO2, as we’ve seen from Melbourne and many other megacontours.”
The boom has also been fuelled by the rise of the internet, which has been used to share photos, stories and videos of places.
There have been reports of massive fires in Melbourne and other Australian cities in recent years.
A report by the Climate Institute, which supports the ABC’s climate change program, found that there were 1,924 fires in Australia in 2015, which is nearly 10 per cent higher than the previous year.
A large proportion of these fires were caused by building fires, and there were almost 6,000 fires reported in Melbourne alone.
The report also found that about one-third of fires that took place in Melbourne occurred in residential areas.
While it may seem counter-intuitive to build a megacropolis around the internet that people can now share pictures and videos from their homes and cars, Young said this has allowed a “re-engineered urban infrastructure” to be built in the city.
This can be seen in the development of the City Living Development Forum, which promotes the use of sustainable living in Australia’s megacarts, parks and infrastructure.
City Living Forum executive director Peter Wilson said the forum had been created to promote the use and enjoyment of sustainable buildings in Australia.
The forum is working with cities and municipalities to promote their cities as places of social and economic opportunity, and to ensure their residents and businesses are able to benefit from the benefits of sustainable urban design.
The forums aim to promote a “cohesive and inclusive” approach to sustainable development, and help local communities to “develop sustainable solutions that create more jobs, generate more revenue, and generate more social equity for their citizens”.
There are now more than 200,00 buildings under the City Life Forum’s roof, with an average of 2,000 units each per site.
A key theme for the forum is the importance of building a community, and how this can be achieved through community building.
