I love the fact that the biggest companies don’t have to put their entire company on a pedestal and pretend they’re making a video game.
They have a core team of developers and designers and they’re all incredibly passionate about their craft.
It’s great to have that support.
It lets you have that trust in your team.
I like how studios that don’t know how to work with each other and don’t feel they can work together because they don’t share the same mindset, can actually work together and be successful.
You’re able to build something great and then it just takes off.
The best part about it is that you can share it and have it all shared with other studios around the world.
The worst part about making a game, especially for an independent studio, is that people will just make shit up.
They’ll have some shitty idea and then they’ll say, “Oh, they’re going to put a character like this, and this, so we’ll just call it that.”
I’m like, “No.
That’s not how you do things.
This is how you make games.”
I love that, because the only thing I can tell you is how it feels to make games.
If it’s just a video, then there’s nothing to worry about.
You just need to know how it works.
And that’s what I try to do when I’m working with people.
I try not to be afraid of how I can affect a game because I can’t control what people will think.
I can only try to get as close to perfect a game as possible.
If I make a mistake and people think it’s a bad thing, that’s not going to help me.
If someone sees me in the process of making a trailer and thinks I’m an asshole, that would hurt me a lot.
If they see me working on a video and they think I’m really good, then I can be very happy.
So I try and make sure I’m as clear as possible with what I’m doing and how I’m feeling.
I just try and let my ego take a backseat to the truth.
If you’re working on an indie game, it’s really hard to tell what’s real and what’s fake.
It depends on how far you’re willing to go.
When you’re making an indie title, you have to really work at your craft to make it work.
It just depends on what you want to accomplish.
I want to make something that I’m proud of and that people enjoy.
If people don’t like it, I want them to say so.
And I want people to enjoy the game.
But when it’s finished, that means it’s good, so I’m going to make that as well.
If there’s no money to pay the developers and there’s a budget that doesn’t allow me to do what I want, then that’s the end of it.
If the developers are happy and there aren’t any issues, I can go back and make the game again.
If everything is going well, then they’re good and the game is going to be great.
If that’s all they’re happy with, then it’s probably not worth making.
So that’s where it’s like, the people who don’t work on a project are the most important people.
They can make decisions for me and decide whether I want a project to go forward.
I don’t really have any control over what they’re doing.
You can ask them questions and you can ask me stuff.
It all comes down to, “What do you want me to get out of this?”
That’s where the real magic happens.
That depends on the project, of course.
I’m a big believer in independent developers, but if you’re going on a team of people who have a common vision, then you can see where things go wrong.
You know, I’ve done things where I’ve been like, I’m not really happy with the final result.
And then I’ve had people say, Oh, I think we should try this again.
I was like, No, that just doesn’t work.
I had a couple people say that to me, and it just took me a few days to figure out what was wrong with it.
So you just have to keep your eye on the ball.
When people are doing that, you know they’re not the only ones.
That gives you confidence and it also keeps you on track.
When a team is on a mission, it makes it easier to focus on the big picture.
That means you don’t need to be so fixated on your own personal goals.
It doesn’t matter if it’s making a movie, a game or a movie trailer.
You want to know what the big goals are for your company, what are the big challenges for your business, and then you have those priorities.
