Updated May 10, 2018 09:00:00 Yuba County, California, has a long and storied history as a center for the United States Navy.
The Naval Historical Center and Yuba Naval Base are two of the world’s oldest naval installations, both named after former U.S. presidents, and Yubaray City has a significant military history.
It’s also the site of a major new development that could bring that history to life: a massive new public housing project that’s set to be completed in the coming months.
Developers are working to build what’s being called “Yubarayan” — a name that translates to “city on a hill” in Spanish — in the San Juan River Valley, just north of the city of Yuba.
The project would be called the Yubariya Development Project, and it would be the first new public development in the region in a decade.
The $25 million project is being developed by developers of several companies, including The Grosvenor Group, and will include nearly 50,000 housing units, 1,400 commercial units, 565 office and retail space, and 3,000 residential units.
The development is expected to begin construction in 2019 and be completed by 2021.
“This is a huge opportunity,” said Chris Meehan, the CEO of The Grocery Group, which is working with the Yuba Development Authority to develop the project.
“It’s an opportunity to create a new kind of community, with affordable housing and public transit.”
The project, which could include 1,500 units of rental housing and up to 4,000 units of affordable housing, is part of a larger initiative by the Yubeas County Government to bring more housing to the region, and more affordable housing to its surrounding communities.
The Yuba Valley is already home to more than 100,000 people.
The area also hosts several universities, such as the University of California, Irvine, and the University at Albany.
Yuba also has a thriving and diverse Latino community, and one of the biggest universities in the state.
The project would include 2,200 rental housing units and about 1,800 apartments.
Some of the apartments are already under construction, and they will include about 200 to 200 units of housing for low-income residents.
The majority of units will be affordable to families making $25,000 to $75,000 a year.
The Yubaroas are a state of California that includes the Yucatan Peninsula, a land mass encompassing more than half of the nation’s population and one-third of the U.P.A.A., the nations largest private school system, is located in Yuba, and has nearly 200 campuses across the country.
The G.P.’s office is located on the Yuzar Peninsula.
