A boom in redwood cities is over, according to the latest data from the U.S. Census Bureau.
A year ago, the population of Redwood city was just under 3 million.
By July 2018, the city had nearly doubled to 7.1 million.
The surge in population, the bureau said in its latest report on population growth, will continue for the foreseeable future.
Redwood city, which covers most of the southern part of the state, was home to 2.5 million people in 2010, according the census.
That year, there were just under 1 million residents.
By 2020, Redwood would have an estimated population of 3.5 to 5 million.
Redwood has had one of the largest and most diverse populations of any major city in the nation, with more than 4 million people, the census data showed.
The Redwood community is known for its dense forests, the largest in the state.
There are more than 500 parks, hiking trails and wildlife preserves, including Redwood’s largest: Redwood Meadows National Park, which has more than 2 million acres of forested land.
“Redwood is a city, but it’s a city with a lot of people,” said Mark Williams, a professor of urban planning at the University of California, Irvine, who studies the city.
“It has a very big population density and a very high concentration of jobs.”
Redwood has a long history of growing.
The first settlers arrived in the 1600s.
Today, the region has more people than the U of A combined, according an analysis by the Brookings Institution.
There are some pockets of poverty in Redwood, but the most dramatic are in the northern part of town, where most of its businesses are located.
Redwood, located in the southeastern corner of the country, is known as a “ghost town,” because of the large number of abandoned homes.
In recent years, there have been several housing developments in the city that have turned out to be real estate failures.
In 2013, the developer of the Red Rock Mountain Resort and Golf Club, which is in the middle of a massive development that will include a hotel, condominiums and apartments, went bankrupt.
By 2030, Red Rock is expected to have about 1,400 housing units, and some residents will be able to get a $50,000 discount for a home in the development.
More than 200 housing developments have been proposed in Red Rock since 2005, according a city official.
Most have been approved and built, but others have stalled, including a $100 million apartment development planned by developer AECOM Group.
Another project, the new hotel, was approved by the city last year.
The city has hired a team to work on the project.
One thing that hasn’t changed in Red Wood, Williams said, is the level of poverty.
About half of the city’s residents live below the poverty line.
Even though the Redrock Mountain Resort is one of only two hotel projects in the county, the other project, AECom’s new condo tower, is expected cost $40 million.
